Anteworld

Monday, 13 March 2017 to Saturday, 18 March 2017

Orpheus is coming. This is all Eurydice knows. It's why the goddess Persephone has brought her to such a strange room. A room where time can stand still, and Eurydice can be given time think. In a room where time stand still, Eurydice can make a choice.

But gods and goddesses are fickle, and the Greek gods aren't known for giving gifts without reason. Is Persephone here to help or hinder? Is Eurydice even in charge of her own life? Who is in control?

This isn't the underworld. Not quite yet. This is the anteworld.

An original play by SA playwright, Mark Tripodi, Anteworld is about our obsession with tragic stories and fatalism, worthy and unworthy punishment, and love beyond death. Most of all, it's about hell.
