'Empty Vanity' showcases selected scenes written & directed by James Watson, focusing on the dynamics of a variety of relationships, from an awkward encounter with a stripper to an argument between a mother and daughter to a drunken taxi ride home between two strangers. This production marks the exciting fringe debut of an emerging local playwright.

This production has something for everyone, whether it be comedy, drama or tragedy.

Symposium productions is a brand new company, specialising in showcasing original writing from the local area.

Winner of the 2016 South Australian State Theatre Company Young Playwrights Award (under 18's).
